1. Общие положения

1.1. Политика определяет, как индивидуальный предприниматель Шамсутдинов Илья Рамилевич (далее — Оператор) обрабатывает сведения о физическом лице (далее — Пользователь), когда тот пользуется площадкой Печатаем3д на сайте печатаем3д.рф, заключает договор по публичной оферте или пишет Оператору.

1.2. Площадка сводит автора образа, владельца принтера и заказчика: студия картинки, чеканка модели, витрина, сделка, прототип, партия и доставка. Внутренняя единица учёта называется слой. Слой не является персональными данными сам по себе.

1.3. Политика не урезает права субъекта и не считает молчание согласием. Текст лежит на сайте в открытом доступе, как требует часть 2 статьи 18.1 Федерального закона от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ.

2. На каком основании обрабатываем

2.1. Основания — Закон № 152-ФЗ и Закон от 27.07.2006 № 149-ФЗ. Цель задаёт основание:

регистрация, кабинет, студия, чеканка, сделка, счёт и служебные письма — согласие субъекта, оформленное отдельным документом (пункт 1 части 1 статьи 6 Закона № 152-ФЗ, статья 9), и исполнение оферты (пункт 5 части 1 статьи 6);
безопасность кабинета и остановка злоупотреблений — законный интерес Оператора, пункт 7 части 1 статьи 6;
чеки, книга и налог — обязанность по закону Российской Федерации;
рекламная рассылка и аналитические cookies — отдельное согласие.

2.2. При регистрации Пользователь отдельными отметками принимает Оферту и Соглашение о конфиденциальности, подтверждает ознакомление с Политикой и Уведомлением о cookies и даёт отдельное согласие на обработку персональных данных (печатаем3д.рф/consent). Рассылка и аналитика, если появятся, включаются отдельным согласием и отзываются в любой момент.

3. Какие данные берём

3.1. Берём только то, что нужно для цели. Паспорт для входа не просим. Почта и телефон обязательны при регистрации: для входа, восстановления доступа и связи по сделкам.

Почта, телефон и пароль. Вход по почте. Пароль хранится только в виде хэша. Имя и логин из Google, Яндекса, VK или Telegram не забираем: такой вход на площадке не используется.
Технические следы: IP, браузер, язык, cookies сессии, время визита.
Материал кабинета: запрос в студию, загруженная картинка, модель, текст лота. На картинке может быть лицо. См. раздел 4.
Оплата: факт счёта и сумма, без номера карты. Почта для закрывающих документов. Реквизиты юрлица и ИП — только если платят по счёту.
Реквизиты для вывода: получатель, номер карты, телефон и банк для СБП или банковский счёт, БИК и ИНН — только когда Пользователь сам оформляет вывод. Сохраняются в кабинете, чтобы заполнить следующую заявку.
Отметки о согласиях: какие документы приняты (Оферта, Политика, Согласие на обработку данных, Соглашение о конфиденциальности, Уведомление о cookies), их редакция, дата и время, IP-адрес.
Доставка: город, адрес и контакт получателя, которые Пользователь сам вписал в отправление прототипа или партии.
Письмо в поддержку и вложение.
Сбой: тип ошибки, браузер, обезличенный код кабинета. Запись экрана не ведётся. Почта в журнал ошибки не кладётся.
Партнёрская программа. Реквизиты для выплаты вознаграждения (номер карты, телефон для СБП и банк или адрес криптокошелька), история привязок, начислений и выплат. Для проверки самоприглашений сверяем IP-адрес, браузер и маскированные данные карты (первые 6 и последние 4 цифры).

3.2. Данные не выкладываются в открытый доступ, кроме публичных сведений профиля печатника по п. 3.2.1 и 3.2.2. Третьим лицам уходят только по разделу 6 или по закону.

3.2.1. Публичный профиль печатника, отзывы и фото. Для заказов печати обрабатываются: фото готовой печати (без геометок и данных съёмки; видны сторонам сделки и Оператору), оценки и тексты отзывов, публичное имя, статистика заказов (завершённые заказы, отмены, споры, доля сдачи в срок, время ответа, дата регистрации). Публично на странице печатника показываются только публичное имя, город (без точного адреса), материалы и принтеры из объявлений, оценка, отзывы заказчиков под их публичным именем (по умолчанию первое слово имени из профиля, его можно заменить на псевдоним), уровень и статистика. Отзыв печатника о заказчике и статистика заказчика не публикуются: статистику заказчика видит печатник только в сделке. Основание — исполнение договора и согласие пользователя; отзыв и публичное имя можно изменить или удалить, написав на info@печатаем3д.рф.

3.2.2. Публичный профиль продавца Витрины и отзывы. Для продаж на Витрине обрабатываются: оценки и тексты отзывов покупателей о продавце и оценки продавца о покупателе, публичное имя, статистика сделок продавца (завершённые продажи, модели на продаже, споры, отмены, время до отправки, дата регистрации). Публично на странице продавца показываются только публичное имя, модели на продаже и проданные модели, оценка, отзывы покупателей под их публичным именем (по умолчанию первое слово имени из профиля, его можно заменить на псевдоним), уровень и статистика; оценка продавца о покупателе и сводка о покупателе не публикуются (покупатель виден продавцу в сделке только в виде закрытой сводки). Основание — исполнение договора и согласие пользователя; отзыв и публичное имя можно изменить или удалить, написав на info@печатаем3д.рф. Если у пользователя есть страницы и печатника, и продавца, они связаны ссылками и показываются под одним публичным именем.

3.3. Обработка и автоматическая, и ручная. Оплата пакетов, пополнений и подписок принимается двумя способами. Первый — через сервис ЮKassa (ООО НКО «ЮMoney»): картой и другими способами на защищённой платёжной странице; оператором платёжных данных карты выступает ЮKassa, номер карты и иные реквизиты карты Оператор не получает и не хранит; электронный чек по 54-ФЗ направляется на email Пользователя. Второй — по счёту на расчётный счёт Оператора в БАШКИРСКОМ ОТДЕЛЕНИИ N8598 ПАО СБЕРБАНК (счёт 40802810006710008736, БИК 048073601; полные реквизиты — в разделе 13 и в публичной оферте); зачисление по счёту отмечает владелец площадки после поступления денег.

3.4. Детям сервис не предназначен. Площадка для лиц от 18 лет. Если выяснится, что данные ребёнка пришли без согласия представителя, их удаляем.

4. Картинки с лицами

4.1. Если в загруженном кадре есть лицо, оно нужно только чтобы собрать образ под печать. Лицо не сверяем с базами и не строим по нему досье.

4.2. Если студия включена, кадр может уйти провайдеру генерации, чтобы выполнить запрос. Загружая чужое лицо, Пользователь подтверждает, что право на это есть.

4.3. Хранение — по срокам раздела 7, затем удаление.

5. Зачем

пустить в кабинет и провести сделку;
нарисовать образ и отдать пакет на станок;
принять оплату, удержать рубли до доставки партии и отпустить их производителю;
посчитать доставку и отдать трек;
ответить на письмо;
удержать площадку от взлома и накрутки.

Рекламная рассылка — только если согласие дано отдельно.

6. Кому передаём

6.1. Подрядчики получают минимум, без которого их часть не работает:

генерация изображения (картинки) — X.AI LLC (США): текстовый запрос Пользователя и/или загруженное им изображение передаются получателю, когда Пользователь сам запускает генерацию в студии; на изображении может быть лицо. Серверы получателя находятся за пределами Российской Федерации (США);
генерация 3D-модели — Meshy LLC (США): загруженные Пользователем фотографии и изображения, а также параметры генерации передаются получателю, когда Пользователь сам запускает создание модели в Студии 3D; на изображении может быть лицо. Серверы получателя находятся за пределами Российской Федерации (США);
доставка — ApiShip и служба, которую Пользователь выбрал в калькуляторе, в объёме адреса и контакта получателя;
деньги — банк Оператора (оплата по счёту и выплаты: БАШКИРСКОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ N8598 ПАО СБЕРБАНК) и ООО НКО «ЮMoney» (сервис ЮKassa: приём оплаты картой и другими способами, электронный чек) — в объёме суммы, назначения платежа и email для чека; номер карты Оператор не получает;
хостинг площадки — ООО «Бегет» (Beget), виртуальный сервер (VPS) в Российской Федерации. Через почтовый сервис Бегет уходят служебные письма и уведомления на почту.

6.2. Яндекс.Метрика, Sentry и иностранные платёжные сервисы в этой редакции не подключены. Если появятся, Политика обновится до включения.

6.3. Трансграничная передача персональных данных осуществляется в соответствии со статьёй 12 Федерального закона № 152-ФЗ. Получатели: X.AI LLC (США) — генерация изображений по запросу Пользователя; Meshy LLC (США) — генерация 3D-моделей по запросу Пользователя. Соединённые Штаты Америки не включены в перечень иностранных государств, обеспечивающих адекватную защиту прав субъектов персональных данных (приказ Роскомнадзора). Передача производится только когда Пользователь сам запускает генерацию в студии, на основании согласия (печатаем3д.рф/consent), в объёме: текстовый запрос и/или изображение (на изображении может быть лицо), технические параметры запроса. Категории данных — сведения, указанные в разделе 3, в части материалов студии. Госорганам данные уходят, когда закон это прямо требует. Оператор уведомляет уполномоченный орган о трансграничной передаче в порядке части 4 статьи 12 Закона № 152-ФЗ.

7. Сколько храним

7.1. Не дольше цели, если закон или договор не требуют дольше.

Кабинет — 12 месяцев с последней активности, если договор или налог не держат дольше.
Черновик без оплаты и связанные картинки — 45 дней с последней активности в нём.
Материалы кабинета, где была успешная оплата, — 180 дней с последней активности.
Технический журнал — до 12 месяцев.
Счета и закрывающие документы — срок, который задаёт бухгалтерский и налоговый учёт.

Активность — открытие, правка, генерация, скачивание. По сроку содержимое снимается без отдельного письма и без восстановления. Может остаться пустая техническая пометка «удалено по сроку», без картинки и запроса. Площадка не архив: нужное скачивают сами.

7.2. Отзыв согласия или требование удалить — обработка прекращается, данные уничтожаются в срок до 30 календарных дней, если статья 14 или 21 Закона № 152-ФЗ не ставит иной срок. То, что нужно для налога и для уже открытого спора, можно держать в архиве до 3 лет.

7.3. Письмо на удаление: info@печатаем3д.рф. В запросе — сведения из части 3 статьи 14 Закона № 152-ФЗ.

8. Cookies и локальное хранилище

8.1. Используются только строго необходимые cookies и записи хранилища браузера:

cookie сессии входа в кабинет (__Host-grok-auth.session_token (и служебные __Host-grok-auth.session_data, __Host-grok-auth.dont_remember); HttpOnly, Secure) и связанный служебный токен в хранилище сессии браузера — для входа и защиты кабинета;
pechataem-v2, exaigen-v11 — записи локального хранилища: состояние интерфейса площадки (черновики, выбранные настройки);
exaigen-locale — выбранный язык интерфейса;
cookie-notice-ack — отметка, что уведомление о cookies прочитано.

8.2. Аналитические, рекламные и сторонние cookies, счётчики (Яндекс.Метрика, Google Analytics) и внешние шрифты не используются: шрифты размещены на сервере сайта. Если такие инструменты появятся, они будут включаться только после отдельного согласия. Cookies можно удалить в настройках браузера; без cookie сессии вход в кабинет невозможен. 9. Как защищаем

Сайт работает только по HTTPS. Кабинет владельца площадки вынесен на отдельный поддомен и закрыт паролем, который проверяется на сервере; после нескольких неверных попыток вход временно блокируется. Попытки входа в кабинет пользователя ограничены по частоте. Пароли хранятся только в виде хэша. Секреты генерации и доставки не отдаются в браузер.

10. Права Пользователя

Можно запросить свои данные, поправить их, отозвать согласие на рассылку, потребовать блокировку или удаление, если данные лишние или неверные, и пожаловаться в Роскомнадзор или в суд. Запрос — на info@печатаем3д.рф.

11. Ответственность

За незаконное использование данных Оператор отвечает по закону Российской Федерации. При утечке уведомляет уполномоченный орган в срок, который ставит закон.

12. Правки

Новая редакция действует с публикации на сайте, если в ней не написан другой день. Актуальный текст — на странице Политики.

and personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how the individual entrepreneur Ilya Ramilevich Shamsutdinov (the Operator) processes information about an individual (the User) when they use the Печатаем3д platform on the печатаем3д.рф website, conclude a contract under the public offer or write to the Operator.

1.2. The platform brings together the image author, the printer owner and the customer: the image studio, model minting, the showcase, deals, prototypes, production runs and delivery. The internal accounting unit is called a layer. A layer is not personal data in itself.

1.3. The Policy does not curtail the data subject's rights and does not treat silence as consent. The text is publicly available on the website, as required by Part 2 of Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006.

2. Legal grounds for processing

2.1. The grounds are Law No. 152-FZ and Law No. 149-FZ of 27.07.2006. The purpose determines the ground:

registration, account, studio, minting, deals, invoices and service emails — the data subject's consent given as a separate document (clause 1 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ, Article 9) and performance of the offer (clause 5 of Part 1 of Article 6);
account security and stopping abuse — the Operator's legitimate interest, clause 7 of Part 1 of Article 6;
receipts, accounting records and tax — an obligation under the law of the Russian Federation;
advertising mailings and analytics cookies — separate consent.

2.2. On registration the User, with separate ticks, accepts the Offer and the Confidentiality Agreement, confirms having read the Policy and the Cookie Notice and gives separate consent to personal data processing (печатаем3д.рф/consent). Mailings and analytics, if they appear, are enabled by separate consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

3. What data we collect

3.1. We collect only what is needed for the purpose. We don't ask for a passport to sign in. Email and phone are mandatory on registration: for sign-in, access recovery and communication about deals.

Email, phone and password. Sign-in by email. The password is stored only as a hash. We don't take names and logins from Google, Yandex, VK or Telegram: such sign-in is not used on the platform.
Technical traces: IP, browser, language, session cookies, visit time.
Account material: studio prompts, uploaded images, models, lot text. An image may contain a face. See section 4.
Payment: the fact of the invoice and the amount, without the card number. Email for closing documents. Details of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs — only when paying by invoice.
Payout details: recipient, card number, phone and bank for SBP or bank account, BIK and INN — only when the User makes a payout themselves. They are saved in the account to fill in the next request.
Consent records: which documents were accepted (Offer, Policy, Consent to data processing, Confidentiality Agreement, Cookie Notice), their edition, date and time, IP address.
Delivery: the city, address and contact of the recipient that the User entered in the prototype or run shipment.
Support emails and attachments.
Failures: error type, browser, an anonymised account code. No screen recording is made. Email is not put into the error log.
Partner program. Details for paying the reward (card number, phone for SBP and bank, or crypto wallet address), the history of bindings, accruals and payouts. To check self-invitations we compare the IP address, browser and masked card data (first 6 and last 4 digits).

3.2. Data is not made publicly available, except the public printer profile information under clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. It goes to third parties only under section 6 or by law.

3.2.1. Public printer profile, reviews and photos. For print orders we process: photos of the finished print (without geotags and shooting data; visible to the parties to the deal and the Operator), ratings and review texts, the public name, order statistics (completed orders, cancellations, disputes, on-time share, response time, registration date). Publicly, the printer page shows only the public name, city (without exact address), materials and printers from listings, the rating, customers' reviews under their public name (by default the first word of the profile name, which can be replaced with a nickname), level and statistics. The printer's review of the customer and the customer's statistics are not published: the printer sees the customer's statistics only in the deal. Ground — performance of the contract and the user's consent; a review and the public name can be changed or deleted by writing to info@печатаем3д.рф.

3.2.2. Public Showcase seller profile and reviews. For Showcase sales we process: ratings and texts of buyers' reviews of the seller and the seller's ratings of the buyer, the public name, the seller's deal statistics (completed sales, models on sale, disputes, cancellations, time to shipping, registration date). Publicly, the seller page shows only the public name, models on sale and sold models, the rating, buyers' reviews under their public name (by default the first word of the profile name, which can be replaced with a nickname), level and statistics; the seller's rating of the buyer and the buyer summary are not published (the seller sees the buyer in the deal only as a closed summary). Ground — performance of the contract and the user's consent; a review and the public name can be changed or deleted by writing to info@печатаем3д.рф. If a user has both printer and seller pages, they are linked and shown under one public name.

3.3. Processing is both automated and manual. Payments for packs, top-ups and subscriptions are accepted in two ways. The first — via the YooKassa service (NCO YooMoney LLC): by card and other methods on a secure payment page; YooKassa acts as the operator of card payment data, the Operator does not receive or store the card number and other card details; an electronic receipt under 54-FZ is sent to the User's email. The second — by invoice to the Operator's settlement account at the BASHKIR BRANCH N8598 OF SBERBANK PJSC (account 40802810006710008736, BIK 048073601; full details are in section 13 and in the public offer); crediting by invoice is marked by the platform owner after the money arrives.

3.4. The service is not intended for children. The platform is for persons aged 18 and over. If it turns out that a child's data was received without a representative's consent, we delete it.

4. Images with faces

4.1. If an uploaded image contains a face, it is needed only to build an image for printing. We don't match the face against databases or build a profile on it.

4.2. If the studio is enabled, the image may go to the generation provider to fulfil the request. By uploading someone else's face, the User confirms that they have the right to do so.

4.3. Storage — within the terms of section 7, then deletion.

5. Purposes

to let you into the account and carry out a deal;
to draw an image and send the package to the machine;
to accept payment, hold the rubles until the run is delivered and release them to the producer;
to calculate delivery and provide the tracking number;
to answer emails;
to protect the platform from hacking and manipulation.

Advertising mailings — only if consent is given separately.

6. Who we share data with

6.1. Contractors receive the minimum without which their part does not work:

image generation — X.AI LLC (USA): the User's text prompt and/or the image they uploaded are passed to the recipient when the User launches generation in the studio themselves; the image may contain a face. The recipient's servers are located outside the Russian Federation (USA);
3D model generation — Meshy LLC (USA): photos and images uploaded by the User, as well as generation parameters, are passed to the recipient when the User launches model creation in Studio 3D themselves; the image may contain a face. The recipient's servers are located outside the Russian Federation (USA);
delivery — ApiShip and the service the User chose in the calculator, to the extent of the recipient's address and contact;
money — the Operator's bank (payment by invoice and payouts: BASHKIR BRANCH N8598 OF SBERBANK PJSC) and NCO YooMoney LLC (the YooKassa service: accepting card and other payments, electronic receipt) — to the extent of the amount, payment purpose and email for the receipt; the Operator does not receive the card number;
platform hosting — Beget LLC, a virtual server (VPS) in the Russian Federation. Service emails and email notifications are sent through the Beget mail service.

6.2. Yandex.Metrica, Sentry and foreign payment services are not connected in this edition. If they appear, the Policy will be updated before they are enabled.

6.3. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Recipients: X.AI LLC (USA) — image generation at the User's request; Meshy LLC (USA) — 3D model generation at the User's request. The United States of America is not included in the list of foreign states that ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor order). The transfer is made only when the User launches generation in the studio themselves, on the basis of consent (печатаем3д.рф/consent), to the extent of: the text prompt and/or image (the image may contain a face) and the technical parameters of the request. Data categories — the information specified in section 3, as regards studio materials. Data goes to government authorities when the law expressly requires it. The Operator notifies the authorised body of the cross-border transfer as provided by Part 4 of Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ.

7. How long we keep data

7.1. No longer than the purpose requires, unless the law or contract requires longer.

Account — 12 months from the last activity, unless the contract or tax requires longer.
An unpaid draft and related images — 45 days from the last activity in it.
Account materials where there was a successful payment — 180 days from the last activity.
Technical log — up to 12 months.
Invoices and closing documents — the term set by accounting and tax rules.

Activity means opening, editing, generating, downloading. When the term expires, content is removed without a separate email and without recovery. An empty technical note “deleted by term” may remain, without the image and prompt. The platform is not an archive: download what you need yourself.

7.2. If consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 calendar days, unless Article 14 or 21 of Law No. 152-FZ sets a different term. What is needed for tax and for an already open dispute may be kept in an archive for up to 3 years.

7.3. Deletion requests: info@печатаем3д.рф. The request should contain the information listed in Part 3 of Article 14 of Law No. 152-FZ.

8. Cookies and local storage

8.1. Only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries are used:

the account sign-in session cookie (__Host-grok-auth.session_token (and the service cookies __Host-grok-auth.session_data, __Host-grok-auth.dont_remember); HttpOnly, Secure) and a related service token in the browser's session storage — for sign-in and account protection;
pechataem-v2, exaigen-v11 — local storage entries: the state of the platform interface (drafts, chosen settings);
exaigen-locale — the chosen interface language;
cookie-notice-ack — a note that the cookie notice has been read.

8.2. Analytics, advertising and third-party cookies, counters (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) and external fonts are not used: fonts are hosted on the website's server. If such tools appear, they will be enabled only after separate consent. Cookies can be deleted in the browser settings; without the session cookie, signing in to the account is impossible. 9. How we protect data

The website works only over HTTPS. The platform owner's admin panel is on a separate subdomain and protected by a password checked on the server; after several wrong attempts sign-in is temporarily blocked. Sign-in attempts to user accounts are rate-limited. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Generation and delivery secrets are never sent to the browser.

10. User rights

You can request your data, correct it, withdraw consent to mailings, demand blocking or deletion if the data is excessive or incorrect, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Requests — to info@печатаем3д.рф.

11. Liability

The Operator is liable for unlawful use of data under the law of the Russian Federation. In case of a leak it notifies the authorised body within the term set by law.

12. Changes

A new edition takes effect upon publication on the website unless it states a different date. The current text is on the Policy page.
